M:

“You know that party she mentioned?”

“Huh?” Micky looked back from the window. “What?”

Jae grinned from his desk chair. “Why are you so distracted?”

“There’s actually a damn good sunset today,” he said, pointing out the window.

Interest piqued, Jae got up and padded to the window. “Huh. Not bad.” A number of clouds played just off the horizon streaking the sky with reds, pinks and oranges. Yellow light from the sun filtered through them, and Micky didn’t want to tear his eyes away.

“You were saying?” he asked as he gazed, wishing he could just watch this forever. Hm, this might make a nice poem.

“That party she mentioned.”

“Who?” Micky glanced to Jae. He looked nice in the light of the setting sun.

“The girl who tried to ask you out. Wanna go to that party?”

Micky made a face. “What if she’s there?”

Jae laughed and nudged him. “Don’t worry, she won’t bug you.”

“But won’t it be awkward?”

“Not now, since she knows you don’t have any interest in her. She probably won’t even be there.”

He had a damn good point. Micky leaned on the wall as he stared out the window. It wouldn’t hurt to go out and have fun tonight. As he pondered, Jae left the room to have a smoke, which Micky noted he hadn’t done for quite some time. Interesting.

Packing up his homework to save for the weekend, Micky pawed through his closet and picked out something he felt appropriate for the party. Finished, he went into the bathroom and spiked his hair into something he deemed rather nice and was just exiting the bathroom when Jae returned.

He gave a satisfied nod as he poked Micky’s hair. “Approved.”

The response made him snort as he waited for Jae to pick out a jacket and they were off to walk to the party that was at a house neither close nor very far from campus. On the walk, Micky enjoyed the bright lights against the dark sky. He missed the sun during the winter, but he never got to really go on walks in the dark like this.

“Thinking poetic things?”

He just grinned as he stared up at what stars he could see through the city lights. “Yeah.” It had been a very inspiring evening.

“You’re hopeless,” Jae teased and they laughed as they made their way up the walk to the house to see that the party was already in full swing.

Tonight, Micky decided, he was going to let loose and enjoy the night. He happily accepted a shot right away and clinked glasses with Jae before downing it.

“Whoa, starting without me?” Junsu asked as he joined them.

“You don’t even drink,” Micky replied as Jae said he would search for more liquor.

“Yes, and should you?” Junsu asked suspiciously.

“What’s the big deal? I’ve had drinks before.”

“You have this weird look in your eyes…”

Micky tilted his head. “You think I’m going to make some terrible decision that will ruin my life and get me pregnant, don’t you?”

“The thought had crossed my mind,” he said with an overly concerned look.

“Oh, I see. You want to be my bad romance,” Micky mirrored the grin.

“He could write one,” Changmin entered the conversation as they all snickered.

“You know, you’re right, I could!”

“Oh my god, Micky. When did you gain fashion sense?” Jessica asked as she stopped next to them.

“You do know who I’m rooming with, right?” he asked, gesturing to Jae as he returned with two glasses full of alcohol.

“I’m so proud of you Jaejoong, turning your fledgling fashion disaster into a beautiful swan,” she said as she fake wiped a tear from her cheek. “Plus 20 experience.”

“Oh, so I’m just your fashion experiment,” Micky huffed.

“You fit in with the menagerie here now,” Jae replied with satisfaction as he gestured around them. “You don’t want to fit in?”

“You’ve fulfilled all of my aspirations. Now what will I do with my life?” Micky asked, dramatic hand to his forehead.

“Oh, I’m sure we can find something.” Jae waggled his eyebrows suggestively as they touched glasses and shared a snicker.

Jessica joined the two in their night of fun, and soon enough, Yunho was also with them. For once, Micky didn’t really mind the haze the alcohol put on his evening. This was his night to put everything aside and have fun, which he hadn’t really done since that night on the beach. He was going to enjoy himself, dammit!

Halfway through the night, Micky let Changmin and Junsu coax the alcohol away in order to actually eat some food and drink water. He didn’t really mind so much, because he didn’t want to have a horrendous hangover the next day. Jae just shrugged and kept drinking as they ate.

“It would be more fun if you two actually did stupid stuff when you were drunk,” Changmin commented offhandedly.

“Like jumping off the roof into the swimming pool?” Jae suggested.

“There is no swimming pool.”

“Or eating the pumpkin?”

“…what pumpkin?”

“Exactly.”

Changmin laughed. “I mean like dancing around like an idiot, or saying things you’d never say sober. Tripping over stuff.”

“But you already saw him when he was that drunk,” Micky replied.

“Let’s never relive that,” Junsu said as he rubbed his behind, making the group burst into laughter.

“I promise to be lucid enough to walk back on my own power,” Jae said as Micky and Jessica added the same.

And when the food was gone, they went back to conversation hopping, and grabbing more drinks. They also did manage to watch some idiot jump from the roof into the hot tub out back before the girls who owned the house kicked the guy out.

“Don’t turn into Jae,” Yunho warned as Micky snatched up another drink and sat on the abandoned sofa.

“I’ve already done that, remember?” Micky chirped as he took a sip. This one was good.

“What I mean is, don’t lose control.”

“Has he lost control before?”

Yunho frowned and tilted his head in confusion. “How can you forget? You saw him do that.”

“I haven’t broken up with anyone,” Micky replied with a laugh, but stopped when Yunho just looked worried. “What’s the matter?”

He just sighed and smiled. “Nothing. I can trust you, right?”

“Of course,” Micky said with a nod. Was Yunho worried he and Jae would do something?

“Oh, leave him alone Yunho!” Jessica took the spot next to Micky put an arm around him. “He’s letting go for once. Give him the chance to live it up!”

Micky grinned happily before taking another sip from his glass.

“Fine. I’ll give you guys a ride back to the dorm, okay?”

“Sweet! Thanks,” Micky said with a grin.

“And stop flirting with him.” Yunho pointed at Jessica, who then snuggled up against Micky so he reciprocated by putting an arm around her. “Bah!” Yunho stomped away and grabbed a water so he could sober up for later.

“Hm, if I wasn’t devoted to him, I might try for you,” Jessica told him.

Micky snorted. “Yunho is more my type.”

“Oh!” She laughed. “No wonder he’s not too worried.”

“We can still flirt to make him jealous,” Micky offered with a grin as she giggled.

“So tempting. His reactions are the best.”

“I go to the bathroom for one second, and you turn straight.” Jae stopped in front of them and crossed his arms. “Jessica, stop being so damn hot.”

“It’s a curse,” she replied as she nuzzled Micky’s neck, who laughed.

“Wanna have a threesome?” Jae suggested.

“Oh, god, now that is a thought…” Jessica grinned flirtatiously at Micky. “What do you say?”

“I dunno…” he trailed off when he saw a few girls he knew pass by with annoyed looks at their public display of affection. “I might want her all to myself.”

Jae pretended to gag himself as they laughed. “I bet Yunho would feel left out.”

“He can watch.” Jessica shrugged carelessly.

But Micky wasn’t watching Yunho, his eyes were on Jae, who was watching him just as intently. He saw something there for an instant, maybe the promise of something more, but Micky knew deep down that it wouldn’t happen. He would most likely be going to bed alone, with blue balls.

“I want another drink,” Jessica declared and got up only to fall, Jae catching her.

“I think you’ve had enough,” he said with an affectionate smile. Micky wished Jae was smiling at him.

She pouted. “It’s not even that late. I need to pace myself better. Or maybe take off these damn heels.”

“Tell you what, I’ll drink one for you,” he said as he set her down in Micky’s lap.

“Micky too?”

“Me too,” he replied with a nod.

“Someone might as well have fun if I can’t,” she said as she smoothed his shirt down.

“I’ll be right back,” Jae told them and wandered toward the guys who were making the mixed drinks.

“I forgot you already had a drink,” she said as she glanced at the glass in his hand.

“It’s only got ice,” Micky admitted as he set it aside. He froze when she undid the top two buttons of his shirt.

“Much better,” she said with a smile. He tilted his head questioningly. “It’s not for me.”

He just stared at her. “What…”

“You can also let a few buttons loose,” she told him.

His chest felt tight. “Jess…”

“Don’t give me that look.”

“But, there are rules.”

“Hang the rules.” She pouted. “Give him a chance?”

“I’m not promising anything,” he told her, but felt cracks appearing in his walls.

“Wow, getting around,” Changmin said as he sat next to them.

Jessica smirked and scooted into his lap, to make Changmin freeze in fear. “You’re comfy.”

“Uh, thanks?” he replied as Micky could practically hear the girls in the room hissing in anger. How stereotypical, he thought to himself.

“Back,” Jae announced as he handed Micky a drink. “And a got a red headed slut, just for you Jessica,” he said as he raised it before pulling it to his lips.

“I am neither of those things,” she growled.

“Which is why I’m drinking it,” he said before downing the shot.

“Why didn’t you get me one?” Micky asked.

“I’m almost at my limit,” Jae admitted as he sat on the arm of the sofa. “And you can’t be far behind.”

The four of them froze when a girl stopped before Changmin and Jessica, trying to talk, but staring in shock. Micky recognized her as the one who gave up her number at the clothing store and froze as he waited for something to happen. Changmin went pale, so averting a disaster, Jessica got up and put the girl in Changmin’s lap, then wandered away calling for Yunho.

“Uh…” was all Changmin could get out.

“She’s very…”

“Friendly,” Micky finished for her. “She was on my lap before. Scouts honor.”

“You weren’t a boy scout,” Changmin hissed. The girl smiled. Crisis averted.

Micky and Jae watched as the two on the other end of the couch talked quietly and slowly began to relax.

“Sickeningly cute,” Jae murmured.

“At least they’re not making out,” Micky nodded at a few couples in the corner who had thrown caution to the wind.

“Blech,” Jae said with a roll of his eyes. “Get a room, I say.”

Micky just grinned. They had a room together. If they ever did anything together, they’d already have a room for it. He sighed took a swallow from his drink. That wouldn’t happen. He glanced up in surprise as Jessica walked by and touched Jae’s chin.

“Didn’t find Yunho, did you?” Jae asked.

“No.” She pouted. He pointed over her shoulder and she turned to grin and run over to Yunho to plant a surprise kiss on his lips. “Found you!”

“Where are your shoes?” he asked as she confessed she had no idea.

“No wonder she can walk now,” Jae said with a laugh.

And the moment Jessica left the room with Yunho, Micky realized that there were eyes on him. Two girls across the room whispered fervently before one pushed the other toward Micky. Uh oh…

A hand took hold of Micky’s chin and turned his face upward to see Jae leaning down so close that their noses almost touched.

“The things I do for you…” Jae murmured. His eyes lingered for a moment and Micky saw it again—interest. Did he just find this an amusing game? But their gazes broke apart when Jae turned to shoot a look at the girl, who stopped in surprise and retreated to her friend and tugged her away.

“That was mean,” Micky admonished.

“Like I said before, fun.” He grinned.

It was a game to him. Dammit. “You have your little menagerie figured out, don’t you?”

Jae caught his chin again, but his grip was light. “I wish I could figure you out.” The words were so sudden, all Micky could do was stare, his head light. He couldn’t tell if it was the alcohol or Jae.

“Okay, time to go!” Yunho announced as he held a sleepy Jessica at his side.

The two broke apart as Micky set his drink on a table, refusing to finish it as he puzzled out what Jae had said. Jae on the other hand downed his drink quickly and gave a refreshed sigh.

“Lush,” Yunho muttered.

“Yep!”

Micky stood then, and watched the room sway. He realized he was the one swaying when Jae caught his shoulders. He didn’t so much walk as let Jae direct him where to go, and just went. He was happy when they got into the car and had the back seat all to themselves. Micky leaned on Jae’s shoulder and felt a flutter as Jae put an arm around him.

“Not so much next time,” Jae said as he accepted a bottle of water from Yunho and handed it over.

Micky happily accepted it and took a few swallows. “Agreed.”

They dropped Jessica off first, then Yunho drove back to their dorm and waited until they could walk before locking the car. “Had to make sure whether I needed to call for help. And calling for help in warmth is better than cold,” he explained.

Micky felt a bit better, but Jae swayed as he took a step. “I think that last drink is hitting me,” he said with a stupid grin. Micky liked that grin. He shouldn’t, but he did.

The nighttime courtyard made little sound as Micky and Jae stumbled up to their room with Yunho trailing them. He had made sure they didn’t fall down the stairs, which they almost did, and Micky was extremely thankful for that. Not for almost falling, but for Yunho keeping them upright. Once they were at their room, Yunho said goodnight and left them to figure out how to get in. Jae handed his keys to Micky, who got the door open quicker than expected. Not caring about much by that point, he flopped down on Jae’s bed before he realized he was on the wrong side.

“What have we here?” Jae asked as he looked down at him.

“Sorry, I can move.”And he tried.

“No, it’s okay. I don’t mind,” Jae grinned evilly as he crawled on top of Micky. “I like you right where you are.”

“Oh?” Micky grinned stupidly. Somewhere in the back of his mind, he was sure there was a warning bell he was ignoring. Or maybe it was broken.

“Yeah,” Jae replied and that’s when Micky saw Jae’s hand on his pants. Specifically, it was undoing the button of his pants.

“Wait, what are you doing?” he asked, the haze of his buzz starting to lift as things started to click. They were in the room—alone.

“Sssshh,” Jae hushed him with a giggle and he slid the zipper down. “You like head, don’t you?”

“Hey, you don’t have to do that,” Micky said and caught Jae’s hands, which were trying to pull his pants down.

Jae pouted and freed his hands. “But I’m good at it.”

“That’s all good and well, but you’re drunk and I’m drunk…” he trailed off as Jae got his pants and underwear down. How could he be that fast while drunk?

Jae leaned up to touch noses with him and murmured, “I want to.”

Micky felt his resolve crumbling as he watched Jae slide down his body, eyes on him. “Jae, I don’t think—aah!” he gasped as Jae’s mouth slid over his cock and words failed him. He reached up and gripped Jae’s shoulder as he took in more. There was really no contest between whether he’d rather go to bed with blue balls or get sucked off by Jae. He cursed as his free hand hit the bed, gripping the bedsheets as a moan slipped out. Jae was right—he was good at it. And then he stopped.

“Been wanting to hear you moan since I met you,” Jae said playfully as Micky whimpered. He heard a chuckle and waited as patiently as he could, which was for about two seconds.

“Lesstalkingmoresucking.”

Jae snorted.

“Oh god,” Micky muttered as the deliciously hot mouth was back and it felt so good. After not having any for months, this was more than welcome. Before he knew it, he was panting and gripping Jae’s shoulder hard, begging on the inside. And then he came, and fuck, it felt so good. Especially when Jae kept his tongue moving. He slumped back against the pillows as the euphoria melted away and he stared at the ceiling.

It wasn’t until Jae curled up on top of him that he realized Jae had been kind enough to clean him up and put him back into his pants. All of it was so unexpected.

“Told you I was good.”

Micky just let out a breath of amusement as he rested an arm on Jae’s back. Damn right he was good. He soon realized, as Jae’s breaths slowed, that the young man had fallen asleep on him.

“What a night,” Micky muttered to himself and nuzzled the top of Jae’s head, wondering if he’d remember it in the morning.

Wow, that was a wonderful chapter. I'm so glad Yoochun fiiiiiiiiiiiiinally got some action (and now I want a Jaejoong POV, just to see Jaejoong's take on all of this), but now I'm going to have to wait impatiently for the next chapter. ;__________;

“I wish I could figure you out.” - Definitely my favorite line of the whole thing. ♥
